Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites
- Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage site organization, cleanliness, and resource planning
- Maintain detailed daily reports, field logs, and site documentation
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Proactively identify and solve job site challenges
- Monitor material usage and assist with field purchasing
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within quality standards
- Support and mentor team members to foster a strong, respectful jobsite culture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field leadership or construction supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of managing labor and holding teams accountable
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster respect across crews
- Required: OSHA 10 Certification
- Required: Valid Driver’s License
