How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead, execute, and close out complex commercial and industrial builds while maintaining full accountability for budget and schedule adherence.
- Develop master project schedules, update look-aheads weekly, and implement recovery plans to proactively mitigate critical path slippage.
- Drive financial performance by managing cost-to-complete forecasts, value engineering, and producing monthly profit projections.
- Negotiate and execute bid packages, evaluate subcontractor trade scopes, and manage vendor performance on the job site.
- Resolve design conflicts and coordinate between architects, engineers, and superintendents to clear complex RFIs and submittals.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with project owners, design professionals, and local authorities to secure future target sector opportunities.
- Enforce a rigid safety culture across all sites while ensuring complete compliance with OSHA and local Tennessee building codes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience strictly managing commercial construction projects.
- Estimating project experience from concept drawings through final design.
- Direct experience handling construction contracts, comprehensive change management, and financial forecasting.
- Advanced technical proficiency utilizing Procore project management software.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Prior project management experience within the Middle Tennessee commercial construction market.
- Possession of an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
