Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple hotel renovation projects nationwide from planning to completion
- Prepare and manage subcontractor scopes of work and negotiate subcontracts
- Draft and track change orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain control over project budgets and schedules
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, site superintendents, and subcontractors
- Travel to project sites on a short-term basis as needed to support project execution
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Use construction management software and tools to manage documentation and reporting
- 5 years of experience in construction project management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with field and office teams
- Experience with managing subcontractors and change orders
- Familiarity with construction management software and strong general computer skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional, personable demeanor with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S.
- Base salary of $75,000-$90,000 plus commission
- Annual performance bonus potential: $15,000-$40,000
