Project Manager Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Pool Builds

• Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.

• Location: Pinecrest, FL.

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.

You will serve as the primary leader for diverse pool construction projects, overseeing every phase from initial pre-construction to final delivery. This role empowers you to drive high-quality craftsmanship across South Florida while managing complex logistics for both residential and commercial clients.

• Direct all phases of pool construction to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project momentum.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules while ensuring strict adherence to timelines.

• Monitor project budgets and costs to identify and mitigate potential overruns before they occur.

• Resolve real-time field issues and technical conflicts to prevent project delays.

• Manage comprehensive project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.

• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work quality and compliance with safety regulations.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of construction project management experience.

• Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

• Extensive experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple specialized trades.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Absolute willingness to travel to various job sites as required by the business.

• Demonstrated experience specifically within Florida pool construction and shotcrete processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Florida building codes and regional permitting processes.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing project contracts and change orders.

• Previous experience in mentorship or leading internal project teams.
