Project Manager Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Pool Builds
Job OverviewCompany: TCC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
Location: Pinecrest, FL.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.
You will serve as the primary leader for diverse pool construction projects, overseeing every phase from initial pre-construction to final delivery. This role empowers you to drive high-quality craftsmanship across South Florida while managing complex logistics for both residential and commercial clients.
How You Will Make an ImpactDirect all phases of pool construction to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project momentum.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules while ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
Monitor project budgets and costs to identify and mitigate potential overruns before they occur.
Resolve real-time field issues and technical conflicts to prevent project delays.
Manage comprehensive project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Minimum of 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
Extensive experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple specialized trades.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Absolute willingness to travel to various job sites as required by the business.
Demonstrated experience specifically within Florida pool construction and shotcrete processes.
Advanced knowledge of Florida building codes and regional permitting processes.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing project contracts and change orders.
Previous experience in mentorship or leading internal project teams.
