As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll lead project-level electrical construction work alongside apprentices and other tradespeople, helping us build sustainable, high-performance systems for commercial, industrial, and utility clients. Travel is a part of this role—ideal candidates should be comfortable working on projects across state lines.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform electrical construction for solar, battery, and EV projects.
- Supervise apprentices and technicians on-site.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and site plans.
- Ensure work complies with NEC code and safety standards.
- Utilize hand and power tools for various construction tasks.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality goals.
- Travel to project sites as needed (company-provided per diem and travel support).
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (Master license welcome).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
- Knowledge of NEC code and electrical safety best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to travel.
- Solar experience is preferred, but not required.
