Role Description

This is a fulltime management position. You must lead by example and be comfortable managing team members and delegating tasks. We provide medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits.
Responsibilities
Include working directly with the business owner and operations director to plan and execute parties, curate events and projects, review and replace inventory and supplies, train new and existing team members providing guidance and positive reinforcement, and ensure general accountability amongst them. Overseeing the daily operations of the studio, including: opening and closing procedures, providing high levels of customer service, staffing and scheduling and/or making necessary modifications, inventory management and proper cash handling.
You will also be working and managing parties, providing amazing customer service, cleaning and tidying of the studio, organizing and restocking supply and project areas and party prepping. Coordinate and communicating with parents about party details. Maintaining a smile and positive attitude!.

This is an on-site role located in Miami, FL for a Children's Studio and Events Manager.
The manager position requires a multi-tasking, high functioning, and driven person. Candidate should enjoy working with children and parents in a fun, fast paced and creative environment. You will be helping to create a memorable, positive experience for families. We are looking for someone who brings a lot of energy, drive, and hustle to our team.
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant/hospitality/retail management experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
- Hands-on manager with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail
- Some weekend and holiday commitment required
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Fluency to read and communicate in English
- Event planning and management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in staff coordination and leadership
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
