Office Administrative Assistant – Support Operations for a Veteran-Owned Remodeling Leader

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate complex appointment calendars to ensure timely service delivery for remodeling clients.

  • Execute precise data entry tasks to maintain the integrity of customer and project records.

  • Facilitate clear communication between field teams and clients to prevent scheduling conflicts.

  • Manage the systematic scanning and filing of project documentation to ensure office transparency.

  • Prioritize daily administrative workflows to support the efficiency of the entire management team.

  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism to uphold the company’s reputation for quality service.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven ability to multitask and organize high volumes of administrative data.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for professional customer service.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic office software and digital record-keeping.

  • Absolute dependability with a track record of maintaining consistent Monday through Friday attendance.

  • High attention to detail in document management and scheduling tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction or home services industry.

  • Familiarity with specialized scheduling systems or CRM software.

  • Experience supporting small business operations in a fast-paced environment.
