How You Will Make An Impact
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and Mastercam software.
- Interpret complex blueprints and CAD models to generate accurate toolpaths for large industrial parts.
- Execute setups and machining operations for custom components reaching up to 40 feet in length.
- Perform first-piece inspections and adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling to guarantee precise tolerances.
- Troubleshoot programming and operational issues directly on the shop floor to maximize machine uptime.
- Collaborate with shop management to streamline machining workflows and optimize production cycle times.
- 7 years of minimum experience
- Proven expertise in setting up, operating, and programming CNC machinery.
- Direct experience programming with Mastercam and operating machines with Fanuc controls.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.
- Up to 10 years of related work experience in an industrial machine shop environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale industrial components.
- Competitive annual salary range of $84,000 - $150,000.
