How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct daily executive operations across project management, estimating, administration, and field supervision.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Manage project financials, cost forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and timely payment applications.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate office staff, project managers, and field crews to drive accountability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premier general contractors, architects, and developers.
- Enforce strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality controls, and contract terms.
- 7 years of operational leadership experience in commercial subcontracting trades, preferably within a similar subcontracting trade.
- Advanced ability to read and navigate architectural plans, specifications, schedules, and contract terms.
- Proven background overseeing estimating, project management, and general contractor relationships.
- Solid financial management skills with experience managing operational budgets and job profitability.
- Experience and proficiency with monthly AIA contract payment applications.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a track record of team development.
- Proficiency with commercial construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Specialized experience with overhead coiling doors, grilles, or proprietary fire door systems.
- Familiarity with commercial, federal, and state project delivery requirements in NV, AZ, and UT.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000.
