How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct and coordinate daily field operations for custom residential construction projects to ensure work remains on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise, mentor, and hold job site crews accountable to high safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards.
- Review drawings and specifications thoroughly to verify constructability and prevent project roadblocks.
- Prepare, track, and maintain accurate project documentation, including cost forecasts and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve field issues quickly.
- Monitor resource allocation on-site to maintain operational efficiency across all assigned tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management and leadership experience in construction.
- Proven expertise in residential carpentry, custom framing, interior finishes, and building methods.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing site safety and budgets.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Formal training or active certifications in OSHA safety guidelines, fall protection, or lift operations.
