Key Responsibilities
- You will be the on-site leader, ensuring projects are executed from framing to finish with exceptional detail.
- Site Leadership: Manage daily operations, lead carpentry crews, and schedule tasks for efficiency and safety.
- Master Carpentry: Execute high-end finish carpentry including custom cabinetry, built-ins, trim, doors, and framing.
- Project Management: Monitor budgets, materials, and timelines to ensure delivery standards are met.
- Technical Execution: Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to solve problems on-site.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and designers.
- Mentorship: Train team members in finish carpentry techniques and site practices.
- Experience: 5 years in residential construction as a Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, or equivalent.
- Craftsmanship: Mastery of finish carpentry (custom cabinetry, trim work, woodworking) is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and knowledge of building codes/OSHA safety.
- Leadership: Strong team management abilities and client service skills.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
