We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscaping Foreman to lead high-end residential maintenance crews across premium estates in Santa Barbara & Montecito, CA.
- Company: Harold Jones Landscape Inc. (65 years in business)
- Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / year
- Pay Cycle: Weekly Pay
- Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Santa Barbara / Montecito, CA (100% On-site)
- Lead day-to-day operations and assign tasks for on-site maintenance crews.
- Enforce "white-glove" quality standards and complete property checklists.
- Safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tools.
- Identify and report irrigation or plant health issues to managers.
- 3 years of residential or estate landscape maintenance experience.
- Prior experience managing or supervising a crew.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English).
- Reliable daily transportation to jobsites.
