How You Will Make an Impact
- Direct daily route operations across assigned properties to achieve flawless landscape aesthetics.
- Execute precision turf management, seasonal cleanups, and high-efficiency mowing patterns.
- Guide and support field crew members to maintain rigorous standards of work quality and job safety.
- Inspect completed sites thoroughly to confirm all work aligns with client specifications.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain commercial turf and specialized landscaping power equipment.
- Resolve on-site property challenges swiftly to prevent scheduling delays and client dissatisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating commercial mowers, edgers, weedeaters, blowers, powershears, and specialized grounds care equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site workflows, prioritize safety, and uphold high aesthetic standards.
- Strong practical knowledge of seasonal cleanups, edging, and precision turf maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior background guiding or training crew members in high end residential and landscaping installations.
- Working knowledge of irrigation systems, lighting systems, drainage, and landscape installations/troubleshooting.
- Exceptional time-management skills across multi-site daily maintenance routes.
