Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC and plumbing crews, subcontractors, and field personnel across assigned projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure construction is executed per plans, specs, and schedules.
- Oversee jobsite logistics, safety compliance, and quality assurance protocols.'
- Plan project work schedules and coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, RFPs, and timesheets using company tech systems.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and manage site safety certifications.
- Manage on-site communication with vendors, clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure Subcontractors meet performance and quality expectations, including proper installation methods.
- Conduct on-site inspections to resolve conflicts and proactively mitigate schedule disruptions.
- Manage storage, maintenance, and proper use of company-owned equipment and tools.
- 5 years in mechanical construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or Foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, with experience reading blueprints and coordinating MEP work.
- Trade licenses and certifications as required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in digital construction tools and reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride.
