What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems

Perform thorough system inspections and recommend appropriate solutions

Clearly explain findings, repairs, and recommendations to customers

Complete work orders and accurately document services performed

Follow applicable safety procedures, codes, and company standards

Deliver professional, respectful, and dependable customer service

Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
-
EPA Type II or Universal Certification required

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
