Job Summary and Qualifications

The HVAC Technician will repair heating/air condition equipment specifically:

• You will perform assigned area sweeps
• Repair refrigeration equipment and control/circuits
• Perform water treatment on cooling towers and loops
• You will perform PMI’s on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform filter operations checks and replacements

Qualifications - External

• Trade School graduate on HVAC systems/Certified CFC requirements preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience required on installation and repair of HVAC, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility environment
