Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee project management for HVAC and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards in all operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes and systems to enhance service delivery.

- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC field experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master or Journeyman HVAC License.
- Experience managing residential and light commercial HVAC operations.
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
- Strong customer service and team-building skills.
