How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct all daily field operations, trade partners, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain rigorous construction schedules to consistently meet or exceed on-time completion targets.
- Oversee site safety, daily quality control, and adherence to engineered plans and specifications.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.
- Manage daily field logs, material deliveries, and progress reporting to ensure project transparency.
- Resolve technical site challenges and logistics issues proactively to prevent project delays.
- Minimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in general construction supervision.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects on time.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong history of maintaining positive, productive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Physically capable of safely performing the essential duties of the role.
- Specialized safety and trade certifications including OSHA 30-Hour, Fall Protection, or Forklift certification and Lift Operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial and multi-family residential projects.
- Strong proficiency with modern digital site management software and plan review tools.
