How You Will Make An Impact
- Perform end-to-end HVAC system installations, diagnostics, and repairs for commercial and residential accounts.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex mechanical, airflow, and control issues on-site.
- Guide and mentor junior technicians on field safety standards and technical execution.
- Deliver clear, professional communications to customers to explain technical requirements and system options.
- Ensure all installed heating and cooling systems comply fully with local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with field leadership to streamline daily job schedules and maintain high project quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven track record of diagnosing and servicing complex heating and cooling systems across field settings.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and mentor team members.
- Advanced diagnostic and critical-thinking skills tailored to dynamic mechanical environments.
- 5 or more years of experience servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Trade program completion or technical certification in HVAC.
- Industry certifications, including HVAC and EPA certifications.
