- Present detailed cabinetry proposals and guide project stakeholders through the selection and approval process.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the production team to ensure every custom build moves smoothly from design to final order.
- Represent the brand within the local building community to reinforce our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the custom construction or luxury design industry.
- Strong construction literacy with the ability to accurately read and interpret detailed architectural drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-term professional partnerships rather than one-off retail transactions.
- Excellent professional communication skills suitable for interacting with high-end builders and homeowners.
- Direct experience in custom cabinet sales, kitchen design, or architectural drafting.
- Background in luxury construction product sales or custom home remodeling.
- Existing network of builders and design professionals within the Middle Tennessee region.
