This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality concrete paving and flatwork on commercial, industrial, and government projects. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on experience in forming, pouring, and finishing exterior concrete including curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and structural walls.

Key Responsibilities
- Set forms and prepare subgrades for concrete paving and flatwork
- Pour, place, and finish exterior concrete including paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and walls
- Perform hand finishing, floating, edging, and jointing to ensure high-quality surfaces
- Ensure proper alignment, depth, and slope according to grade stakes and site plans
- Assist with layout and preparation of concrete placements
- Operate power tools and small equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete labor and finishing required
- Experience with concrete paving, exterior flatwork, curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and walls
- Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and construction plans
- Strong understanding of proper concrete placement and finishing techniques
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s License required
