Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Accurately document service work, including labor, materials used, and customer communications.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, options, and recommendations.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on job sites.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain applicable certifications.
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
