How You Will Make An Impact
- Formulate accurate, competitive project estimates for both commercial and residential electrical bidding opportunities.
- Manage active project portfolios from initial client contact through final field delivery and inspection.
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to expand our regional market footprint.
- Coordinate daily logistics and material workflows to ensure field assignments finish on time and within budget.
- Direct dual-market project strategies with a sheer will to execute everything correctly the first time.
- Cultivate a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment built on safety and ultimate customer service.
- Proven background in electrical estimating for new construction and comprehensive renovation structures.
- Demonstrated field management experience acting as a reliable lead or project manager.
- Strong technical acumen regarding commercial power distributions and residential electrical code standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to visit local client and project locations.

- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the electrical and controls trade.
- Completion of a formal trade program, Bachelor's degree, or a valid Journeyman or Master license.
