We're hiring Cold Callers & Closers - Remote | 100% Commission | Start July 1st
The Content Beautique is a digital agency that creates social media content and builds websites for US businesses. We are currently focused on our website offering. Our model is simple: we build the website before the call. On the discovery call, we show it live on Zoom. The product sells itself.
We're setting up our sales team (10-15 people) and we're looking for the right ones.
- The Role
Cold calling closing, fully remote. Roughly 2–3 hours per day. Onboarding is self-paced: 3 videos and a full SOP document, completed in 2–3 hours on your own time. Start date is July 1st.
- Compensation
Deals range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on scope and niche. Commission is 40% for the first two weeks, then 30% ongoing. We are expecting 1–3 sales per week, per person. No base. No ceiling.
- Who we're looking for
Native English speakers only, regardless of where you're based. You have experience closing B2B services over the phone. You know your close rate. Autonomous and professional. You're available during US business hours and have a phone to make calls.
