We're hiring 10 Acquisitions Managers to work with warm homeowner leads and negotiate real estate purchases in Miami. Real estate experience is optional; strong sales and communication skills are essential.
THE EARNING OPPORTUNITY
ROARK's owner estimates realistic earnings of $7,000–$12,000 per month, depending on performance. This is an estimate, not guaranteed pay.
Here's an illustration using the owner's reported average assignment fee of $20,000: at 15% commission, one assignment generates $3,000 in gross commission. Four assignments at that fee in a month would generate $12,000 in gross commission, before taxes and deductions. Actual assignment fees, completed deal volume, and earnings vary; this example is not a promise of four deals or a $12,000 paycheck.
Compensation includes a $15/hour draw against the 15% commission. The draw is included in, and is not additional to, commission.
YOUR FOCUS: HOMEOWNERS, NEGOTIATION, AND SIGNED PURCHASE CONTRACTS
• Connect with warm homeowner leads and understand their selling goals.
• Follow up consistently and keep seller conversations moving.
• Negotiate purchase terms and handle purchase contracts.
• Focus on acquisitions while our separate dispositions team handles buyers.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• The drive to follow up, negotiate, and close.
• Availability to work onsite daily in Miami.
• Real estate experience is welcome but not required.
THE DETAILS
• 10 full-time, permanent W-2 Acquisitions Manager positions.
• Daily onsite work at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137, near 22nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
• Existing U.S. work authorization required. Sponsorship, CPT, and OPT are not available for these positions.
