The Entry‐Level Field Service Technician supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical imaging equipment in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers. This role is ideal for candidates early in their technical careers who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‐on experience with diagnostic imaging systems. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior technicians with installation, calibration, and repair of imaging systemsPerform basic preventive maintenance under supervisionTroubleshoot simple mechanical, electrical, or software issues with guidanceDocument service activities including parts used and work performedSupport customer training by helping demonstrate basic equipment functionsFollow safety protocols related to electrical systems and radiation‐controlled areasParticipate in OEM and internal training programs to build technical expertise Required Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, or computer hardwareStrong willingness to learn complex imaging technologiesGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel within assigned territoryValid driver’s license Work EnvironmentOn‐site work in hospitals, clinics and Veterinary facilitiesTraining provided through shadowing, classroom instruction, and OEM coursesMay require lifting equipment, working in tight spaces, or occasional after‐hours supportCompany DescriptionWe sell and repair veterinary imaging equipment.
