Job Summary
As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals in providing high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow, live their best lives, and thrive as active members of their communities. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential homes, coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with agency standards, and foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for both the individuals we serve and your team.
As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals in providing high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow, live their best lives, and thrive as active members of their communities. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential homes, coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with agency standards, and foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for both the individuals we serve and your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & oversee residential homes as well as staff working in the home
- Complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills)
- Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests
- Follow health & safety protocols
- This salaried position includes a mix of direct support and administrative responsibilities, along with evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, & current auto insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter
- Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
- Availability to be on-call
Preferred Experience - Not Required
- Preferred minimum 1 year experience working in behavioral health services
- Preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience in similar field
- Intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Healthcare or behavioral health
- Human services or social services
- Mental health support

Pay and Compensation
- Salary offered is based on education & experience
- Salary range: $44,000 - $47,500
