Job post summary
As a Program Coordinator (PC), you ensure that high-quality services are delivered in alignment with CSN's mission, principles, and goals. You provide leadership, coaching, oversight, and quality assurance for the work of Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. You’ll also coordinate meetings and collaborate with team members, guardians, and service coordinators to develop, implement, and maintain positive, person-centered support plans for individuals receiving services.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, productive, and strengths-based workplace culture
- Identify and develop employees with leadership and management potential
- Ensure that high-quality services and supports are consistently provided
- Serve as a strong advocate for each person receiving support
- Make sound decisions and solve complex problems using accurate relevant information
- Actively participate in the agency’s programs, activities, and overall mission
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Pass all background checks
- 1 years experience in the field of intellectual disability services
- 1 years supervisor experience
- QMRP, LMHP, and experience in developing behavior building programs is highly regarded.
- Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays
Preferred Experience - Not Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service or a related field
- Four years supervisory experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.

- Salary offered is based on education amp; experience
- Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
