Saints Adventure Camp staff are responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and operations of the summer camp program described below: Get ready for a summer filled with outdoor fun, creativity, and exploration! Designed for age-appropriate groups, our camp offers a perfect mix of active play, art projects, and nature-based adventures. Campers will spend their days exploring the CSS campus, nearby parks, and specialty camp destinations, discovering the wonders of the outdoors while staying active and engaged. Each week features an exciting theme, complete with hands-on activities, creative projects, and numerous opportunities for outdoor play. Join us for a summer of fun, friendship, and discovery!
Job Duties

Job Duties
- Plan and execute activities every week based on the camp’s weekly theme
- Provide fun and engaging educational and recreational opportunities
- Supervise campers, ensuring safety, growth, and development that follows camp policies and procedures
- Provide basic first aid when necessary
- Know and understand emergency procedures within the camp
- Record and track camper needs, including but not limited to allergens, medications, and behavioral needs
- Know, enforce, and follow all safety protocols as outlined in the Policies and Procedures handbook
- Ensure the cleanliness of all play areas
- Keep track of and record all supply needs
- Maintain communication with camp directors and the Outdoor Pursuit office
- Maintain friendly communication with campers and their families
- Mediate camper disputes
- Must be a current or incoming CSS student
- Valid CPR or BLS certification
- Valid epinephrine administration certificate or completion of annual training in the usage of epinephrine auto-injectors or equivalent training
- First aid Training/Certification
- Must be age 18 or older
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with campers, families, co-workers, and camp directors
- Ability to hike, stand, kneel, sit, squat, and carry upwards of 25 lbs occasionally
- Pass a background check
- Federal work study eligibility is preferred
- Prior outdoor leadership experience is preferred, but not required
- Wilderness First Responder Certification
- Completion of PCIA Climbing Instructor certification course
- A valid U.S. driver's license is preferred, but not required
Salary : $14 - $16
