• Deliver curriculum content effectively to Medical Assistant students, ensuring clarity and comprehension
• Mentor and guide students to develop professional skills and industry-specific competencies
• Utilize practical experience to provide real-world insights and examples that enhance the learning experience
• Promote a positive and engaging classroom environment to foster student success and participation
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and educational standards

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the medical field
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required
• Phlebotomy Certification and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification are mandatory
• CPR certification is preferred but not required
• No prior teaching experience is necessary, as training will be provided
