Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of the real estate team to ensure smooth operations and optimize efficiency
- Promote effective communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate flawless transaction workflows
- Coordinate scheduling for property tours, meetings, and important deadlines
- Partner with the Director of Operations and Director of Sales to implement and maintain PLACE proven systems
- Monitor market developments and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Lead recruiting efforts to attract and onboard qualified team members
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience overseeing a real estate team responsible for delivering 100 units annually
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate market trends and transaction processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficient in real estate CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in motivating, leading, and developing a high-performance team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements and regulatory standards
- Commitment to consistently participating in team meetings and rhythms, whether in-office or virtually
