Responsibilities
- Assist real estate agents by scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and efficient property visits
- Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review
- Support open house events by preparing properties and greeting visitors
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions
- Stay informed about current market trends and property availability within the Chesterfield area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications

- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Chesterfield, MO real estate market is an advantage
