• Assist agents by preparing homes for showings, ensuring properties are clean, organized, and presentable
• Maintain accurate records of showing appointments, feedback, and client interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to provide updates and answer inquiries
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local real estate regulations during showings
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and support successful transactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Showing Assistant or in a similar real estate support role

• Real estate license is required within 30 days of hire

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or training is a plus
