Reporting to department supervisors, this role involves tasks such as trimming dried flower, machine trimmer maintenance, sorting cannabis, pulling down dried flower in the dry room, destemming dried flower, and assisting in the cleaning of the dry room. Additionally, the Trim and Post-Harvest Tech will be involved in packaging dried cannabis products, production of pre-rolled joints, and may assist the cultivation team with gardening tasks, harvesting, and room cleaning as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trimming:
- Trim dried flower in accordance with Brix standards and SOPs
- Machine Trimmer Maintenance:
- Clean the machine trimmer regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Sorting Cannabis:
- Sort cannabis according to specified criteria
- Dry Room Management:
- Assist in pulling down dried flower in the dry room and maintaining cleanliness
- Destemming:
- Destem dried flower efficiently to prepare for further processing
- Cultivation Support:
- Aid the cultivation team in gardening tasks, harvesting, and room cleaning as required
- Packaging:
- Package dried cannabis products in compliance with company guidelines
- Pre-Rolled Joint Production:
- Participate in the production of pre-rolled joints following established protocols
- Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of trimming techniques and post-harvest processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sterile work environment
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and company procedures
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50lbs
