What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
Target and acquire new client accounts in need of specialized digital transformation and IT resource augmentation services.
Deeply understand client needs and collaborate with our recruiting team to match them with the best TCMP remote consultants.
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional service placements.
Serve as a strategic partner to clients, advising them on market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and resource planning.
Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Bring
- 3 years of Account Management/Sales experience specifically within a staffing, consulting, or resource augmentation agency (360 or full-desk experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue in the IT, Digital Transformation, or Tech Consulting space.
- A strong professional network and existing relationships with potential clients are a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a pipeline remotely, and stay highly organized.
- A "hunter" mentality combined with strong relationship-building skills to drive recurring business.
