Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee and manage personal and commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing insightful advice and solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
Policy Maintenance: Maintain and update client files and policies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
Quote Preparation: Prepare and present insurance quotes, assisting clients in understanding coverage options and benefits.
Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly,
Requirements
Insurance License and Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of both personal and commercial insurance lines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools. - Applied Epic a plus
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer Focus: A sincere dedication to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
