- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries with efficiency and care.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow-up on client appointments to ensure a positive experience.
- Contact clients regarding their service needs, preventative maintenance reminders, and active campaigns and maintain accurate records and communication logs.
- Support service team by managing appointment flow and maximizing shop capacity.
- Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.
- Previous customer service or call center experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
