Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive outbound sales efforts and build relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, and other B2B channel partners. The primary goal of this role is to generate meetings for our Broker and create revenue opportunities through consistent outreach across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, SMS, email, and social media to engage property owners, brokers, and agents.
- Follow structured sales plays and scripts to ensure a high-volume, consistent outreach approach
- Identify and qualify prospective partners, book meetings, and nurture relationships to expand LRMB’s property portfolio.
- Track outreach and engagement metrics, providing regular reports on activity and results.
- Stay up-to-date on Miami’s luxury rental market trends and competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or real estate partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach with persistence and consistency.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive approach.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, email automation, and social selling platforms.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in luxury real estate, vacation rentals, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
