The Role
We are looking for someone who understands AI, technology, and business operations and can implement systems from the ground up.
You will work directly with ownership to organize our company, improve efficiency, and implement AI-powered solutions that help us operate as a more systematic and scalable business.
Responsibilities
Implement AI tools and automation into our daily business operations.
Design and organize systems for sales, customer management, custom orders, factory ordering, and project tracking.
Help streamline our doors, lighting, and cabinetry workflows.
Build digital systems and SOPs to improve organization and efficiency.
Integrate software and technology across our company.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual work.
Help establish a scalable business structure and train employees on new systems.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of AI tools and business automation.
Experience implementing business systems and workflows.
Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems, automation platforms, or software integrations preferred.
