- Oversee, manage, and ensure proper staffing, safety, and maintenance of a multi-location luxury automotive dealership group.
- Develop, direct, and mentor a facilities team to establish efficient and preventative maintenance practices for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Work closely with department heads, providing clear and timely follow-up on repair tasks, preventative maintenance recommendations, and ongoing projects with minimal disruptions to dealership operations.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong knowledge of facility engineering principles, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
- Solid work ethic with a focus on productivity, reliability, and safety.
- Experience with procurement of goods and services including vendor relationships.
