The Coda / Mayflower apartments are seeking a highly motivated individual for their Tier 2 Maintenance Technician to maintain our apartment complexes in Syracuse, NY. At least 3-5 years previous experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
The Ideal candidate is high energy level, personable and professional as this position is does have face-to-face interaction with our clientele (current and future tenants). Primary responsibilities are 1) assist in complex handover from construction to ownership, 2) work with various trades and subcontractors to maintain the property, 3) maintain property with goal of keeping units in like-new condition and ground clean, and 4) will assist with tightly scheduled unit turn process between vacating and new residents.

- Ability to work every other week on-call after hours emergency response.
- Sustain a professional image.
- Basic computer skills a must - email, smart phone understanding and PC.
- Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated (proactive and positive attitude)
- Eager to learn new skill sets.
- Mechanical aptitude a must. Knowledge of drywall, electrical, plumbing. HVAC necessary to some degree.
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
