Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services that keep our environment running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC & refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units and related components.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances and kitchen equipment with precision and care.
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately identify issues and execute repairs effectively.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects such as construction or system upgrades to enhance facility infrastructure.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge covering mechanical systems repair, equipment maintenance, and general construction experience.
- Ability to operate equipment repair tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when addressing maintenance needs or explaining repairs.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies and managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be able to be on-call
