Maintenance Technician – Residential Properties
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to help with repairs and upkeep at residential properties throughout the area.
Our properties include houses, duplexes, triplexes, and apartment buildings. We are open to all skill levels—from someone who is handy and wants to learn to an experienced technician who can work independently.
No two days will be exactly the same. You'll travel to different properties and work on a variety of projects.
What You'll Do
- General home and apartment repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Carpentry and drywall repairs
- Painting and patching walls
- Preparing apartments and homes for new tenants
- Changing HVAC filters and basic maintenance
- Cleaning gutters and maintaining common areas
- Fixing doors, fixtures, appliances, and other household items
- Completing maintenance requests and work orders
- Inspecting properties and identifying things that need to be repaired
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Traveling between different properties as needed
- Working with the lead contractor and learning new skills when needed

A background in maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or handyman work is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle to travel between properties
- Basic hand tools
- Willingness to work at multiple locations
Pay & Schedule
$17.50–$25.00 per hour
Pay depends on your experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
- Full-time or part-time
- Flexible schedule
- Monday–Friday
- As-needed work available
