Position Summary

We are currently hiring motivated and dependable General Warehouse Associates to support operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Open positions may include Forklift Operators, Material Handlers, Shipping & Receiving Associates, Pickers/Packers, and other warehouse support roles.

Candidates should be team-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a warehouse setting while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Depending on assigned role, responsibilities may include:

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials and products
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify product accuracy
• Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Follow company productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
• Prior forklift experience/certification preferred for equipment operator positions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments
• Comfortable performing repetitive movements and extended physical activity
