Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines diligently
• Support kitchen staff during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Help with plating dishes attractively and efficiently for service
• Contribute to menu planning ideas and suggest improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling techniques
• Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and catering operations enhances your candidacy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
