Bartender / Server Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Upscale Dining Bartender / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Fine Dining Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service in an upscale dining environment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of.
Bartender / Server Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Bartender / Server Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is required.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
