Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, demonstrating strong mixology skills
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance guest experience and promote specialty drinks
• Ensure proper food handling, food safety standards, and cleanliness in all service areas
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing POS systems and handling cash securely
• Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals at tables or in banquet settings
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including wine pairings and beverage options, to make personalized recommendations
• Support bar management with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques
• Strong understanding of wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer varieties, and brewing processes
• Previous fine dining or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including banquet service, catering, and retail math skills
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for guests
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience working with diverse teams in fast-paced restaurant or bar settings
