Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout events, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage knowledge and proper drink service techniques.
- Assist with food presentation, serving dishes efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Set up banquet or catering stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized for efficient service delivery.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during events, supporting overall guest relations and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry with a focus on catering, banquet service, or fine dining environments.
- Proven skills in guest services, including guest relations and customer satisfaction strategies.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience with beverage service including wine knowledge, drink mixing, and bar setup.
- Background in restaurant or hospitality settings with exposure to food preparation and serving techniques.
- Additional culinary or coffee experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
