What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Cleaning Supervisor position at The Cleaning Authority of Sarasota FL?
The Cleaning Authority Sarasota is looking for a reliable, responsible, and friendly supervisor for our Residential House Cleaning company. Experienced cleaner is a must!
1. Be able to open the office M-F at 7:00AM.
2. Make sure all supplies, equipment, and office is prepared for the day.
3. Greet employees each morning, communicate with Manager if an employees is absent, late, or any HR issues timely. Help to maintain a positive supportive environment for all staff.
4. Handle closing out previous day jobs, deposit checks, and follow basic closing procedures for customer accounts and payroll. We will train.
5. Count inventory weekly and place orders to ensure office has adequate supplies for operations.
6. Ensure vehicles are operating properly, take vehicles for regular maintenance such as oil changes, and keep vehicles clean.
7. Basic skills to keep vacuums working, clean, equipment working. Will train if needed. Willing to learn basic electrical skills to fix vacuums.
8. Meet with customers to address any concerns about their cleanings, Customer Service, personal skills a must! Complete inspections.
9. Help to hire and onboard Professional House Cleaners. Ensure trainers have all resources and new hires feel supported and onboarding is completed properly.
10. Support Moral, celebrate employees birthdays, work anniversaries, holidays, company cheerleader/supporter. But also liaision between owners and office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 β 40.0 per week
