CK Clean LLC is a small, family-run cleaning company with 10 years of trusted service in the Englewood, FL area. We specialize in interior cleanings for both residential homes and vacation rentals. We’re growing and looking to bring on a part-time(possibly full time) cleaner to join our trusted team.
This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both solo and in a small team. You’ll be trained directly by the owners as you ease into the role. Most shifts start by meeting us at a central location, and we’ll ride together to jobs.
What You’ll Do
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to high standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, and clean mirrors
- Make beds, switch/fold laundry
- Wipe cabinet fronts and tidy spaces like pots, pans, and Tupperware
- Report any issues, supply needs, or damages
Vacation Rental Add-ons:
- Start laundry (linens/towels) and fold as needed
- Clean inside of fridge, oven, and dishwasher
- Ensure dishes are done and stored
Position Details
- Part-time: 15–25 hours/week (seasonal fluctuations)
- Shifts: Usually 4–8 hours, mornings and/or afternoons
- Pay: $19–$21 per hour depending on experience.
- Schedule: Weekends required!!
Requirements
- Detail-focused, efficient, and dependable
- Able to follow a checklist and complete tasks without cutting corners
- Able to lift/carry light equipment and use cleaning tools properly
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass a background check
- Drug-free workplace
Experience is a plus, especially in residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning, but we will train the right person.
